Hi! My name is Jenn J! I am a wife and busy mom. I have a beautiful 5-year-old daughter and a wonderfully supportive husband. I am an Advanced Holistic Nutritionist with training in seven different areas of nutrition. “One Bite at a Time” isn’t just my coaching motto, it’s how I've been able to overcome crippling health & hormone challenges that impacted the quality of my life. Navigating the health care system was a difficult journey that motivated me to look for answers, solutions, and preventative options to my problems. I'm a plant-based mama on a mission is to save others from frustration and pain by shining a light on the simplicity and healing properties of nutrition & lifestyle.

I also bring to the table a bachelor’s degree in Psychology that focused heavily on research, education, and human development through all life stages. This has armed me with a solid understanding of our growth, emotional needs, mental needs, nutritional needs, and the connection they all have together! 

So through education, coaching, resources, webinars, videos, meal plans, and nutrition programs, I help you WANT to put good food into your body and have a healthier relationship with your food!

I live by the motto that healthy living all starts with one bite at a time! Let's make each bite count!

After many years of improving my lifestyle to be more health-focused and take control of my hormone imbalances, the natural progression of my journey led me to become an Advanced Holistic Nutritionist. I hold family time to a high standard and believe that time with family is time well-spent. I enjoy year-round (indoor and outdoor) gardening, vermicomposting, being outdoors (year-round), cooking and baking, preserving my garden's bounty, camping, hiking, yoga, HIIT, and cycling.
