Health Canada has removed the 'food group rainbow' and instead represents healthy eating by a visual plate of ratios! They are even recommending the increase of PLANT-BASED protein sources and reducing your consumption of meat and dairy. This all stems from undeniable research pointing to increased health risks due to the large consumption of meat and dairy products, plus the consumption of sugar and processed foods!
