Eat Clean! Choose real, whole fresh foods. Choose foods that do not come in a package.  Choose foods that do not have a long shelf life (they'll have the most nutritional value).  Choose foods of varying colour and eat the rainbow.  Buy organic. Eat high-quality protein sources. Choose more plant-based foods. Cook at home more.  Drink 6-8 glass of water.
