Quick & Healthy Breakfasts

3) Eggless Muffins (courtesy of Ex-Sloth): try these for a unique, PLANT-BASED 'eggy' breakfast experience! You don't need to be vegan or plant-based to enjoy and reap some serious health benefits from these!

4) Loaded Muffins (from Art & The Kitchen): created to fuel your body for hours, with lots of healthy protein, carbohydrates and fats!

5) Chia Seed Pudding (compliments of The Hidden Veggies): Mix up the flavours each day for a truly enjoyable experience!

7) Hard-Boiled Eggs w/ salsa & hot sauce ... do you need instructions for this one? 

8) Scrambled Egg Burritos: scramble your eggs and chop your veggies at the beginning of the week, add to a whole wheat tortilla the night before, wrap in parchment paper. Warm it up for 30 seconds before you leave, enjoy in the car!
