Healthy Sleep

Do you find yourself waking up shortly before your alarm, go back to sleep, and then feel groggy and exhausted when your alarm goes off? Try getting up when you naturally wake up before your alarm.  This is your body's way of telling you that it has completed another full sleep cycle and you are rested! If you go back to sleep and slip into a deeper sleep, being awoken by your alarm will leave you feeling sluggish! Besides, think of all the extra things you can do and enjoy if you wake up just a little bit earlier and actually feel great!
