Symptoms are an expression of an underlying imbalance or issue; your body is trying to tell you something.  Left untended, any one of those symptoms could lead to a bigger imbalance.  Regardless of the cause, a body that is out of balance is a stressed body… and a stressed body is at greater risk of developing health issues.

Your liver is the major organ in play when we're working on hormones. It is the primary detoxification and filtration system that cleanses your blood and protects your body from toxins. When hormones have done their job and are spent, the body dumps them into the bloodstream where they are sent to the liver to be neutralized and excreted through bile, stool, or urine.

Unfortunately, when our liver gets overloaded with certain hormones, often due to an imbalance, it simply can't keep up and we experience symptoms like fatigue, PMS, painful periods, and resistant weight.
