This 60-Day Weight Loss Program is not a run-of-the-mill diet.  This is a program that focuses on clean, mindful eating and fueling your body with nourishing, nutritious foods.  By eliminating the processed, packaged junk, the fast food, the sugar, and all of the stuff our bodies aren’t able to process and replacing it with fresh, nutrient-filled foods that are cleansing and healing, you can lose the weight for good!  You will also learn to examine your mental and emotional approach to eating to cast aside unhealthy habits and toxic emotions with food
